Toro Welcome and Information Center

The Center is an in-person and virtual welcoming space for visitors and the campus community. Current and prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members are encouraged to access this service hub to ask questions about CSUDH or to locate specific services or personnel on campus, using in-person, online, telephone, or email options. Virtual services are staffed by representatives who answer questions during hours of operation.

In-Person Location and Hours: James L. Welch Hall (WH) 245, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m by phone at (310) 243-3645. View the campus map [PDF].

Virtual Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by email at DHInfoCenter@csudh.edu, or Ask Teddy (select "Connect with an Agent," then select the "Toro Welcome and Information Center"). A live agent is available during the virtual hours of operation.

The Student disAbility Resource Center (SdRC) is focused on making sure students with disabilities have full access to CSUDH鈥檚 educational, culture, social, and physical facilities and programs. Services include admissions assistance, priority registration, on-campus housing, special accommodations, and resource referrals.
